Globally, an equalization tax that crosses national boundaries received approval recently, yet it is still to be implemented. It's likely it will never be realized. Perhaps, here, regardless of the Supreme's current artful dodge, there may still be a wealth tax that like its global neighbor is approved and never imposed. Further, if a republican candidate for the presidency is elected in November, all bets are off.
